Lobbyist's Superfund Fraud Action Against Law Firm Gets New Life - Bloomberg Law

An Alabama lobbyist who worked with a law firm to dispute the EPA’s findings at a Superfund site will get another chance to show the firm was responsible for misrepresenting the legality of the arrangement, the Alabama Supreme Court ruled.
