Lockdown lifted in Moraga neighborhood after ‘law enforcement issue’ - San Francisco Chronicle

A temporary lockdown of a neighborhood in Moraga for a “law enforcement issue” on Saturday has been lifted, authorities said.

The unspecified “law enforcement issue” on Birchwood Drive in the Contra Costa County town was resolved and police said it was safe for residents to “resume normal activity,” according to an alert posted by the Contra Costa County sheriff’s office.
