• 4:10 p.m. At the Loveland Police Department, a 40-year-old Fort Collins man on three misdemeanor failure-to-comply warrants.
• 4:16 p.m. In the 5700 block of East Eisenhower Boulevard, a 31-year-old Johnstown man for investigation of DUI and impeding the normal flow of traffic.
