SAN ANTONIO - A man reportedly drove his truck into his mother-in-law's house after an altercation.

According to police, shortly before 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 19, multiple responders were sent to investigate a reported MV/Structure at 620 N Navidad Street.

Upon arrival, police reportedly found a truck that had crashed into a house.

Police say a man and his mother-in-law had some sort of altercation over the phone. The man reportedly threatened to shoot up her home and drive his truck through her house.

Shortly after that conversation, the man followed through on his word.

The man reportedly drove his truck into his mother-in-law's house before running away. He was caught a few blocks away.

Police say the man is facing multiple charges but couldn't speak to exactly which ones.

No injuries were reported but substantial damage to the home was done.
