Man from Buffalo arrested for Felony DWI Leandra's Law - nyspnews.com

On February 26,2022 at 9:11 pm, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Johnnie J. Tarver 49, of Buffalo, NY for driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI Leandra’s Law E-Felony.

On February 26, Troopers stopped Tarver on South Youngs Rd in the town of Amherst for inadequate headlight. Tarver was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Clarence for processing. Tarver recorded a.14% BAC.

Tarver was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Amherst court for March 23, 2022.
