TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is investigating an officer-involved shooting just outside Vinita on Monday morning.

Just before 7 a.m., someone called 911 to report a large chunk of concrete on the railroad tracks on 4400 Road.

The Vinita Police Department and Craig County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene.

They found footprints leading from the railroad tracks to a tractor outside a nearby house.

Law enforcement found Guy Walker making a lot of noise, going in and out of his house on the property. When they approached him, Walker pulled out a bow and arrow.

Officers and deputies asked Walker to drop the bow and arrow, but he refused. Walker waved the weapon around in a threatening manner, according to OSBI.

Both a deputy and officer fired shots at Walker, killing him.

No one else was injured.

This is an ongoing investigation.
