More law enforcement at Collier County schools Friday during online threat investigation - Wink News

Collier County schools will see an enhanced law enforcement presence Friday while the Collier County Sheriff’s Office investigates threats made on social media.

CCSO says it is working to determine the source of the “statements made on social media that reference Collier County Public Schools,” with detectives following up on tips and community leads. People are encouraged to contact CCSO with any information at (239) 252-9300.
