Morocco Gazettes Law Undertaking Comprehensive Tax Reform - Bloomberg Tax

The Moroccan Official Gazette Aug. 5 published Framework Law No. 69-19, undertaking comprehensive tax reform. The law includes measures: 1) providing the framework for undertaking comprehensive tax reform; 2) establishing the necessary conditions to implement a consistent, efficient, and transparent tax policy; 3) identifying priorities and setting fundamental objectives for the implementation of the tax policy; and 4) setting rules for the good governance of the tax administration.
