INDEX METHODOLOGY
To obtain the Diversity Index Score, each firm’s share of women, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ attorneys and shares of firm partners (six factors) plus the sum of those percentages were equally weighted and indexed on a 100-point scale. Only firms with five or more metro-area attorneys were included.

7%: Share of metro-area firm partners who identify as black, indigenous and people of color (BIPOC) at all firms that responded to the survey for The List
2%: Share of metro-area firm partners who identify as LGBTQIA+ at all firms that responded to the survey for The List
