“On National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, we would like to recognize all of our law enforcement partners in Madera County, and throughout the state and country. Alongside our brothers and sisters in blue, we are proud to dedicate ourselves to protecting and serving you,” the Madera County Sheriff’s Office posted on Facebook.
The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office says the job of a law enforcement officer isn’t about the career itself; it’s about “being the difference.”
“Our Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Deputies have chosen a profession that puts their lives on the line every day. They’ve answered a call to public service that is both demanding and rewarding, and often unappreciated,” the agency posted on social media. “Today, on National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, we salute their bravery in the face of danger, their eagerness to help others and their commitment to making a difference in our communities.”
The Clovis Police Department posted online about the Appreciation Day, too.
“We would like to take a moment to thank our Officers and employees who work hard to keep our community safe. Thank you to our residents, business owners, and visitors for your support. We truly enjoy protecting and serving our Clovis community,” the Department wrote.
