INDIANA – After 200 years, Indiana’s rape statute will be updated thanks to a new law.

State Reps. Sharon Negele (R-Attica) and Donna Schaibley (R-Carmel) say the legislation will close a legal loophole by defining consent, so more rapists are punished and held accountable for their crimes.
