Most new Big Law partners say their firms have made a bigger commitment to mental health during the pandemic, but many still say the pandemic has hindered their firms’ ability to manage employee mental health.

A significant chunk of recently elevated partners is reluctant to reach out about mental health troubles, according to The American Lawyer’s New Partners Survey, either because of worries about the firms’ response or because the partners say firms don’t offer help.
