After several years of watching his health care law firm’s clientele move down to Florida, Garfunkel Wild chairman Andrew Blustein has launched the New York-based firm’s first Florida office, led by former hospital system associate general counsel Amanda Bhikhari.

Bhikhari, who joined the firm as a partner this week, has held several in-house legal roles over her career, including associate general counsel at both Coral Gables’ Nicklaus Children’s Health System and the University of Florida Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville.
