Newton Falls law director, another employee placed on leave during investigation - WKBN.com

NEWTON FALLS, Ohio (WKBN) – Newton Falls’ law director is on administrative leave, pending an investigation, according to Mayor Kenneth Kline.

According to the city manager’s office, Joseph Fritz is one of two city employees who were placed on leave. City officials declined to comment further.
