'No Patient Left Alone' law set to go in force - Spectrum News

One of the unintended consequences of COVID-19 restrictions at health care centers: No patient visitation. As a result, state lawmakers approved and Gov. Roy Cooper signed the "No Patient Left Alone" law, which goes into effect on Nov. 1.
