OKC-based Crowe & Dunlevy law firm to move downtown Tulsa office to new office building - Oklahoman.com
TULSA — Crowe & Dunlevy is leaving downtown Tulsa to lease a floor of a new office building in the city's Arts District.
The Oklahoma City-based law firm will occupy 34,042 square feet of space on the sixth floor of the 11-story office building at 222 N Detroit Ave. CBRE Group, which brokered the lease, said the building is Tulsa’s first large speculative office building "in decades."
Crowe & Dunlevy plans to take the space on Sept. 1. The firm was represented in the transaction by CBRE brokers Bob Pielsticker, Matt Reese, Dylan Seibert and Harlan Davis.
“After more than 30 years in the core of downtown Tulsa, we are looking forward to a new space designed to facilitate collaboration and interaction, as well as energize and inspire our attorneys and employees,” said Malcolm E. Rosser IV, co-chairman of Crowe & Dunlevy’s Real Estate Practice Group and member of the firm’s executive committee.
The Class A building has private and public garage parking and open-floor office and retail spaces. The sixth floor features two outdoor balconies that overlook the city. The building is walking distance to restaurants, bars and entertainment.
WPX Energy Headquarters LLC, a subsidiary of Devon Energy, is developer and owner of the building, CBRE said. Flintco is the general contractor, and KKT Architects designed Crowe & Dunlevy’s space, CBRE said.
