On the Move: Sills Cummis; Riker Danzig | New Jersey Law Journal - Law.com

Sills Cummis & Gross announced the addition of partners Keith R. Hemming and Frank J. Vitolo. Hemming joined the litigation department and now chairs the construction and energy law practice. Vitolo joined the real estate department. Sills Cummis recently opened an office in Holmdel and is working on opening in Morristown in the near future, according to the release.

Hemming focuses on commercial law, representing owners, contractors, renewable energy firms, designers and manufacturers of building products on complex commercial transactions, and litigates claims in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration tribunals.
