Opinion: Right-to-work law has improved Michigan's economy - Detroit News
Ten years ago this December, the Michigan Legislature adopted “right-to-work” protections for workers. Such laws simply state that no one need belong to or financially support a union as a condition of employment. Evidence produced by scholars inside and outside of Michigan made a strong case that right-to-work legal protections promoted positive economic development consequences, among other benefits.
