Paradigm Acquires TrustBooks, Bringing in DIY Accounting Solution for Law Firms | Legaltech News - Law.com

Legal tech providers aiming to meet lawyers’ evolving needs are looking outside of their traditional responsibilities. Legal software provider Paradigm announced Thursday it acquired TrustBooks, an accounting software designed primarily for law firms with the aim of enabling lawyers to handle their own accounting needs. For Paradigm, the deal was an opportunity to further expand its practice management offerings.

The acquisition comes just months after Paradigm received a strategic growth investment from Francisco Partners in December 2021, which it planned to put toward expanding its offerings.
