Paulna Lorimaire joined the Holy Cross Medical Group, a multi-specialty physician employed group of more than 160 physicians providing services throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties, as a family practice physician.
HCA East Florida announced that Natalie Ransom was appointed division chief nursing executive, to lead nursing strategy and advance the practice of nursing across HCA East Florida’s 15 hospital campuses, seven free-standing emergency rooms and 12 ambulatory surgery centers. Ransom has been with HCA Healthcare for 24 years. Most recently, Ransom was chief nursing officer for North Florida Regional Medical Center, a 523-bed full-service hospital in Gainesville.
CareMax Inc., a technology-enabled provider of value-based care to seniors, announced that Beatriz Assapimonwait was appointed as an independent member of the CareMax board of directors. Most recently, Assapimonwait was the regional president for Humana South Florida, where she was responsible for developing market strategies and leading market operations.

Southeast Centers appointed Steve Miskew as chief executive officer and principal, in Boca Raton. Miskew joined Southeast Centers in 2016 as director and member of the company’s executive committee. He assumed the role formerly held by company co-founder and President Marc Boucher, who remains with the firm as chairman and principal. The company manages and leases property throughout Florida composed primarily of grocery-anchored shopping centers as well as mixed-use and office properties. Miskew began his career as an investment specialist with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services.
Colliers announced the addition of associate brokers Ralph Coffino and Jake Stauber in Boca Raton. Coffino joins as an intern and Stauber is a financial analyst and associate broker. Prior to joining Colliers, Stauber worked two years as a field research analyst with CBRE in Florida.
