District 6 Ulster County Legislator Abe Uchitelle speaks at a Good Cause Eviction Rights rally Tuesday evening, Jan.1, 2022, in front of the Ulster County Courthouse on Wall Street in Uptown Kingston, N.Y.Uchitelle, in 2021, introduced the first-ever New York State county-level Good Cause Eviction law.
