Police say 2018 bail reform law led to release of suspect accused of firing shots - WMUR Manchester

When a suspect was arrested this week, he was charged with felony reckless conduct, but he was released from custody immediately on personal recognizance bail because of New Hampshire's 2018 bail reform law, police said.
