Prepare for state charity care law changes with WSHA members-only webinar - Washington State Hospital Association

This past legislative session, the Washington State Legislature passed SHB 1616, bringing significant changes and expansions to the state charity care law (RCW 70.170). The changes will apply to all care provided on or after July 1, 2022.

To help Washington hospitals prepare to meet the new requirements, WSHA will hold a members-only Charity Care Law Update webinar from 12 – 1 p.m. on April 28, 2022. WSHA staff will review the upcoming changes to the charity care law, steps hospitals need to take to comply with the new requirements, and available resources. This webcast is for members only.
