Prominent Litigator and Columbia Law Alum Donates $3.3M to School's Public Interest Program - Law.com

Prominent litigator and Columbia Law School grad Max Berger has donated $3.3 million to his alma mater, bringing his and his firm’s total contributions to the school to more than $6.6 million.

The Dale and Max Berger Family Foundation has endowed the Law School’s Public Interest/Public Service (PI/PS) Fellows Program with a $3.3 million commitment, which includes $3 million to endow the Law School’s PI/PS Fellows and an additional $300,000 for program support, according to a Columbia Law spokesperson.
