Law firms’ profitable 2021 has preserved, and in some instances increased, their 2022 tech budgets.

The initiatives topping firms’ tech priorities in 2022 include transitioning to the cloud, automation and creating client-facing tools. Firms are also spending on videoconferencing software and hardware as they adjust to a hybrid work environment and clients’ evolving expectations and preferences.
