Seven Hills considering changes to law department billable hours policy; law director not happy - cleveland.com

SEVEN HILLS, Ohio -- City council recently introduced two ordinances related to the city’s law department billing policies.

“As we were going through the budgetary process this issue arose because we couldn’t get a handle on exactly what employee expenditures were for the law department,” said Ward 2 Councilman Norm Martin, who authored the ordinances that are now in committee.
