Shooting investigation shuts down NB I-17 near Dunlap - 12news.com KPNX
PHOENIX ā Northbound Interstate 17 near Dunlap Avenue is closed in West Phoenix while police investigate a shooting, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
Officers were called to the area just after 9 p.m. after receiving reports of a shooting on the freeway. When police arrived on the scene, they located a man who had been shot.
Police said the man was not seriously injured and is not providing officers with information regarding who was involved in the shooting.
Officials say the Northern and Glendale Avenue on-ramps are also closed. The southbound lanes are not affected.
I-17 NB remains closed near Dunlap Avenue due to a law-enforcement situation. The Glendale and Northern on-ramps are also closed.

The Department of Public Safety said they are assisting Phoenix police with the investigation.
