SNAPSHOT: McDonald, Skoufis code enforcement legislation signed into law - The Saratogian

Assemblymember John T. McDonald III (D-Cohoes) and state Sen. James Skoufis (D-Hudson Valley) joined local officials and representatives from the New York State Conference of Mayors recently to announce the signing of their code enforcement legislation into law, which provides that local governments will be able to pursue a condemnation approval from civil, city, district, or county courts instead of a Supreme Court in the judicial district where the property is located.
