SRA Urges Measures to Improve Law Firm Culture - Law.com

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has issued advice to law firms seeking to improve their culture, as the COVID-19 pandemic and increased work rates has thrown the industry’s working practices into sharp relief.

Following a survey of over 200 lawyers and staff in law firms, the SRA has created a culture guide which includes good practice examples and checklists to inform wellbeing strategies, among other advice for firms.
