Supreme Court leaker should lose law license if he or she is an attorney - cleveland.com
The Supreme Court is in turmoil, as someone leaked unfinished work product to the media. The evident hope of this hapless leaker was to scuttle the possibility of an adverse ruling on Roe v. Wade.
The marshal for the court is now conducting an investigation as to the identity of the culprit (āWill someone be charged for the leak?ā May 4). I hope that the marshal utilizes all resources available to his office to expose this person. One method would be a mandatory polygraph. That would narrow down the list of possible suspects. Once the leaker is identified, if an attorney, that person should be required to relinquish his/her license to practice law.
