Never underestimate the bonds formed by legal tech. Monday’s installment of Relativity Fest 2021 hosted a panel on the “Best Practices for Building Strong In-House & Outside Counsel Relationships”—and items on that list increasingly feature some degree of technology.
“I used to think of technology as being sort of like a supplemental workstream, like [a] ‘it better work’ kind of a thing,” said panelist Julie Jones, chairwoman at Ropes & Gray. “Now I think of technology as being a fundamental and core aspect of the practice of law.”
