Unfortunately for Anshel not everybody reasing his OpEd is a Goy or Assimilated Chiloni. All ideologies have concrete parameters. A Xtian declaring Jesus never existed would be daft. A Muslim declaring that al Qur'an is blather would likewise be off kilter. Yet Jews like Anshel regularly colour outside the lines and then cry foul when called on it. Judaism's parameters are defined by the 13 Principles of RAMBAM. Halachot deviating from this very simple foundation is not "evolved" anything. It is propaganda invented by ideological conmen. As for HaNegev, not 1 Bedouin clan living in it predates the First Aliyah. Not 1 dunam has ever been privately owned by a single Bedouin. Squatting on state lands does not entitle anyone to anything save some sympathy from Anshel. The KKL (JNF) has not only acquired ownership, but has gone far beyond reasonable means and generously compensated Bedouin who have no legal right to 1 Shekel. Shame on Anshel & Ha'aretz.
