Two arrested after police find stolen car parked in 'Law Enforcement' spot - KTUL

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — The Tulsa Police Department say they have arrested two people after a stolen car was found parked in a "Law Enforcement" spot at Walmart, and an occupant was found to have fentanyl in their possession.
Around 5:30 p.m. Saturday evening, TPD officers saw a suspicious car parked in the fire lane of a Walmart near Admiral and Memorial. Officers ran the plate and found it to be stolen.
The car then moved to the designated "Law Enforcement" parking spot.
TPD officers detained Andrew Melson and Tiffany Rauser from the stolen car. Rauser had fentanyl in her possession, police say.
Once in jail, Rauser attempted to bond out quickly and it was further discovered that her real name was Morgan and she had an outstanding warrant.
She was also charged for false personation and held on her warrant.
