Vinson & Elkins Partners With University of Texas School of Law, Donating $1M for New Pipeline Program | Texas Lawyer - Law.com

In a joint partnership, the University of Texas School of Law along with Vinson & Elkins, have begun a new pipeline program dedicated to supporting aspiring lawyers.

Vinson & Elkins gave $1 million as the founding sponsor to help build the pipeline program, Milam Newby, managing partner of Vinson & Elkins’ Austin office, said, speaking to Law.com on Wednesday from the firm’s new office space in the city.
