A warrant has been issued for Cody HAUPT resulting from an incident at Kegels Produce, 2851 Old Tree Dr., on September 27, 2021. HAUPT was charged with false ID, trespass and public drunkenness after being found inside the business in an authorized personnel area. Anyone with information on HAUPT's whereabouts is asked to submit a tip via Crimewatch or contact East Hempfield Twp. PD 717-898-3103.

HAUPT is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
