Washington Park Camera Club Helps Celebrate Frederick Law Olmsted With New Photos, Historical Context - WTTW News

They focus their cameras on people and the landscaped beauty of South Side parks.

Now, Washington Park Camera Club members are combining their passion for pictures with early Chicago history.

The club was organized in 1955 and is the oldest African-American camera club in the city. We met them to find out about their present-day dive into the city’s past.
