ANN ARBOR, MI — Ann Arbor has received its first official violation complaint under the city’s new tampon law and the target is an unusual suspect.

The Washtenaw County Courthouse at 101 E. Huron St. was found in violation of the city’s new ordinance requiring free menstrual products in public restrooms.
