David Antonetti and Brandon SanMarco combined on a seven-hitter and eight strikeouts to lead the Hand baseball team to the 2-1 win over Hamden Wednesday in an SCC game played at Madison.
Connor Powell had two hits and an RBI for the Tigers, who scored both runs in the first inning. Maico Cardona and Tyler Stone each had two hits for Hamden.
Sheehan 5, Law 2: Matt Moconyi had two doubles and three RBIs for Sheehan in an SCC game played at Dunkin’ Donuts park in Hartford.
Seymour 7, Oxford 1: Justin Bennett was 3-for-4 with a double and home run for Seymour in this NVL victory at Oxford. Ryan Brimecombe had the lone RBI for the Wolverines.
Amity 8, Guilford 3: Nick Clark went 2-4 on the day with a triple and three RBIs for No. 1 Amity in an SCC win at Woodbridge. Bryce Meder and Mike Buccaro were both 2-for-3 for Guilford.

Law 10, Foran 0: Mady Bull and Courtney Hanson both homered in a nine-run fifth inning for Law in an SCC win over its rival at Milford. Bull struck out 11 in her three-hit shutout.
North Branford 21, Valley Regional 8: Lauren Ackerman and Bella Hills both had three hits and scored three times apiece for North Branford in a Shoreline Conference home win. Sammy Pierce had two hits and three RBIs for Valley Regional.
