WESTFIELD — The former Moose Lodge at 54-56 Washington St. was sold last month to investors from the Dunn & Phillips law firm across the street who plan to convert the building into law offices and space for lease.

New owners Smails LLC bought the 70-year-old Moose building for $280,000, according to papers filed Dec. 30 at the Hampden County Registry of Deeds.
